Setup process
Our phones are monitored 24/7, and we are committed to driving a backup freezer or chiller within 3 hours of your booking.
Once on site, our engineer will immediately set up your freezer or chiller in a suitable, convenient space and plug it directly into a domestic 13 amp power socket. If you’ve had a power cut, we can provide a generator to guarantee the safety of your perishable stock and potentially save you thousands.
Once loaded, the freezer will reach the target temperature within 1 hour. Our driver will be happy to help you load your stock.

Saving rental costs
Most of our costs, as a business, are in delivery, cleaning, and preparing the chiller trailers, which means that long-term hire is cheaper for us to supply.
